Piccadilly has been a decent place to live. Great location, ample parking, great maintenance staff. I would recommend this community (and I have). My few complaints are dealing with the staff. The communication from the office can be uncertain. There are a couple of amazing staff I have dealt with, but there are some that need to work on communication skills- we, as residents here, are customers after all. They do not all seem to be on the same page either. I have definitely ran into frustrating situations where I was told one thing by one staff member and then told something entirely different by another. I also was not impressed with the "fix" from the maintenance staff upon discovering several of the railings on my balcony had rotted out. I understand the buildings are getting old, but things should be replaced when rotted, not nailed in. (What good does that do') The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept, but some of the buildings appear to be rotting away.
