I am a current resident of Piccadilly and I will be leaving as soon as my lease is up. Do not believe the positive reviews on this site. I read them before I moved in and I didn't know who was telling the truth but now I see that the NEGATIVE REVIEWS WERE DEFINITELY TRUE. I have lived here over a year and it has been hell! The manager Melenna is the most unprofessional and immature person I have ever encountered. Melenna and the rest of her so-called staff think they can walk all over anyone because there is very little if any oversight. They have no respect for you as a resident whatsoever. The manager responds to these negative reviews with the intent to portray tenants as unreasonable and irate; however, I am a quiet tenant. I don't contact the office unless it is absolutely necessary. I don't owe them any money, and I have no reason to post this review other than the fact that this place is horrible! Don't believe the positive reviews on this site because the manager writes them about herself to keep her ratings up.

The maintenance men will burst into your apartment anytime they want, without any prior notice for non-emergencies! If you have any complaints, no one in the office will address them. They will simply dismiss anything you say, and if you challenge them in any way, the management will turn psycho. The manager called me screaming yesterday, insisting I let two maintenance men inside my apartment. There was no prior notice and it was not an emergency! The manager hung up on me when I asked them to come back later. I am a resident and she hung up on me! This lady and her lackies are out of control! Melenna flat-out lies and breaks the law. I'm going to press a lawsuit. Let's put a stop to this lady intimidating and cheating people! Don't move in here. I want to spare other people all the trouble I've been through with the pathetic management here. I am sorry that you feel this way about the management. I've lived in these apartments for over 3 years and my apartment neighbor has been here for 15 years. I've had absolutely no problems with anything and everyone has been helpful. The mantience guys just put notes on everyones door a few days ago letting them know they needed to check the apartments for assessment purposes in their budgeting for next year. You may have had your note fall of your door. I've never had any of the problems you are talking about. The only problem I've had is people having their cars broken into, you'll have that possiblity anywhere you live. I'm actually about to move out because we recently bought a house so I'm not lying, I have no reason to. I'm sorry, your experience has been bad, but there are others out there with good experiences.

No there aren't others out there with good experiences at this skanky place. I lived in these apartments for over a year and I HATED every minute of it! The first post on this section is true. Melenna poses as tenants and writes her own fake, positive reviews on here. If you read any negative reviews, trust me, they are the TRUTH about this place, not the positive ones that Melenna fake writes.
