We have lived here for almost a year in an apt on the end of the bldg facing the woods. Birds cheep, squirrels play and the trees and flowers abound. I have a large deck that fits all my furniture and all my plants. Spacious grounds to walk my two little doggies. When I have a maintenance problem, they always come the same day! The man replaced the innards of our toliet in less than 5 mins! I've seen the maintenance men picking up garbage around the area on Sunday mornings! They are always workiing. There are some problems. There always will be. But, it sure beats having to replace your own water heater or cut your own grass (duing the summer, it's cut extremely frequently) and the staff are always polite and helpful. The rent payment doesn't fluctuate and it is not often that someone drives by your apt with their music blaring. It's so quiet at night I can hear my refridgerator humming and the doggies snoring. After researching apts on the other side of town for my daughter, we've decided that Piccadilly is one of the best. Good choice!
