I was very disappointed after we moved in. We lived here for 7 months while building our house. (They had just opened.) The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything upstairs. They bill you an extra $5.00 a month on your water bill just to provide you with the bill. And they are not so nice when you want to move out. Please take photos of everything to prove you left the place in good condition. They will bill you for everything they can. They came into our aparment unannounced while my husband was asleep in the bedroom one day. And there was a curled up bed of snakes outside our door one day as we started to leave. It was a very horrible experience for us.

Are you saying the mgt placed snakes outside you door? That's unfortunate. I have lived @ Preston Run for a few years and have a much diffenrent take on it all. Matter of fact, looking at my water bill from last month, it's the billing company that charges the $5.00 fee not Preston Run. As for your statement about coming in unannounced...never had that happen. The guys always knock and state who they are before coming in. Your husband must have been sleeping right through that part.

The parking is terrible. Most of the time you can't find a parking spot except maybe several buildings away and even then only if you're lucky. If you park off to the side they put a big orange sticker on your car instead of addressing the problem. Management doesn't acknowledge the problem and just tells you "there is ample parking and you need to find a spot." Umm there isn't any and could you be more condesending? Fact is if you pay your over priced rent on time every month that means nothing to them. Why you ask? Because they let anyone move in. Valued customer?

how about parking in an actual parking space idiot then maybe you wouldn't get tagged...give me a break, not rocket science. Correct me if I am wrong but if your car got a sticker placed on it they didn address the problem..your car parked illegally! Not real bright are you?

you sound as though you are the office staff responding to these reviews. If you don't like negative reviews then I would suggest that you treat your renters with respect. Rude-Rude-Rude office staff.
