Stay away they have had broken sprinkler system during the winter in 5 and 6 building, it flooded about 9 or 12 apartments so bad the dry wall was fallen and the carpet was floating no lie floating. THEY HAVE NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM , the insulation in the up stairs ceiling has blown off the pipes. The manager and the owners are to cheap to fix the problem, and you will never get a call from the office to see if they can be of any help. Unless you are a close friend to the office manager dont expect any friendly faces, good luck you can always try kennesaw farms, it just opened and is a great place to call home...
