Recently I moved out of Preston Run to a new apartment (Aventura at Indian Lakes). I lived at Preston Run for several years, and thought I needed a little change. And maybe a brand new apartment would be nice to have. Well I didn't know what I was getting into. Just because it's a brand new apartment doesn't mean it doesn't come with issues. Like construction! And I guess since Preston Run was my first apartment to live at that every place was like them. I guessed wrong. And where's Aventura on here any where' I have a few more things to say about them.

I live in a 2 bedroom now and its like 900 and something square feet. When I was at Preston Run it was 1300 square feet. I know I shouldn't have moved now! Why didn't someone tell be this before I moved'

I miss Preston Run, and as soon as my lease is up I'm coming back home. This is coming from the horses month. The Office Staff Members of Preston Run are there to help you. If you let them They will bend over backwards for you. They have for me.

I agree... I have been surprised to see these things too. I have been here almost a year and I have not had any problems. Sure, I can hear the upstairs neighbors sometimes, but their kids are probably jumping off the furniture, and it's an APARTMENT for crying out loud!! Being a single woman in my 30's, I want to feel not only welcomed, but safe, and I have felt both of those. And the office staff has been nothing but wonderful to me. They have been helpful and understanding, and even helped me promote a charity event. So, don't listen to these people that complain about stupid crap. They obviously have nothing better to do.

Just because you dont experiance the problems doesnt mean they are not there. There will always be the exception or two but if the majority have problems then that has a little more weight to it. People like you make me sick. Im sure you voted for obama too because he like you talk down to those that have an opinion that is not like his or yours. We do have better things to do such as move to another place
