The staff at Rivergate Meadows are not always readily available to answer questions or take rent checks. They have one of the toughest policies on buying out of your lease early. The apartments are cheap if you can move in at an odd time of the year. Otherwise the market rate is very high during peak. My maintenence requests were always dealt with promptly. But sometimes there was miscommunication on the problems and they would have to make repeat visits to fix. I lived there one year and only had my AC filter changed twice. They are supposed to be changed monthly. New residents SHOULD complain about that if your filters are not changed. Overall, it was an ok experience. I have lived in apartments that were more adequately managed.
