Management makes all the difference!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
I didn't know the previous manager personally, but we ALWAYS saw her out on the grounds. Maybe that's why it USED TO look so nice arond here.
Don't know who the new manger is, but have NEVER seen her outside of the office.
Bottom line, this place is going downhill
