The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. They fix it right the first time.

The parking lots should be brighter at night. A couple of cars were stolen one night, but that was the only problem I remember hearing about.

The building I lived in had more parking in the rear than in the front. The front had a paved sidewalk that led to the building, but the back did not. Even though most people parked in back there was not so much as a stepstone. The grass in that area was also pretty worn, so you had to walk through the mud every time it rained.

The kids! I am a young, single person with no kids, so this may have bothered me more than it would some people. But there are kids everywhere, running up and down the stairs, hanging out with their girlfriends in front my door. It was pretty annoying.

Overall, I liked it. I moved because I got a better deal on a bigger apartment, but did regret my decision.
