The office staff is friendly and concerned. The maintainence has always been prompt and compentent. The noise is no worse than other apartments I've lived at. The pool is always clean and very nice to hang out at in the summer. The only thing that I wish was better is the sidewalk situation. They need more sidewalks in front of the buildings and around back on buildings with parking in the rear. I would recommend this community if I were asked for a recommendation.
