We are very pleased with our apartment. I would say it is a little on the spendy side though. We live on the 3rd floor and have not had an abundance of spiders or bugs but there have been a few and that is normal wherever you live. Yes, there are kids but we have not had any problems with them. Now the older ones (18-23'ish) have been a larger issue. They are loud and don't care about others (that?s just the age I guess) but the vehicles that these people drive is insane. They are loud and obnoxious especially on Fridays and Saturdays. It sounds like NASCAR or drag racing going on. There is not an ounce of sound buffers with these 1 pained windows. I will agree with the sidewalk issue brought up by others, there is not enough of them. Also, I will say the office staff and maintance crew have been wonderful. We lost a family member not to long ago and they wrote a touching letter to us with their sympathies. People do let their cats roam free and some like to feed them. We do have an issue with our 1 neighbor who likes to leave their garbage outside their door. An animal tore into it on the 4th day of sitting outside and made a mess in the breezeway. We have repeatedly reported these people to the office but nothing seems to change the situation. The only thing that I would change is the smell from the exercise room. It stinks badly so I do not use it. Over all I would recommend this apartment community. There are defiantly worse apartments.
