I lived at The Gables for a little over 6 months. I loved the layout of my apartment and the closet space was great, but the staff was horrible. The grounds were not vey kept up, the manager and assistant manager never returned my calls when I left them a message, my deposit took almost two months to get back to me when they promised that it would only take 30 days (according to the mgr. and my lease agreement), and the residents were very rude and noisy. I only made one complaint the entire time that I lived there and it was about 2 of the residents in my building...the office never took action to do anything about it. And, when I gave my notice to move out, they did nothing at all to try to get me to stay.
All in all, the apartment interior is great, but the staff does nothing to entice you to stay or to make you happy once you are all moved in.
