These apartments are now Colonial Village. So I don't know how many reviews you can hold accurate now.

But I moved in last year at around this time, and other than adjusting to the loud mufflers of the Auto Diesel
college kids, I can't say too much has angered me about
these apartments.

I haven't had any run-ins with the management yet. From what I've been told make sure you leave in writing a two month advanced letter that you are moving out, or they will hit you with a fine.

I have a 2nd story apartment, I can hear people above stomping once in a while and the apartment next to the bedroom gets loud once in a while. The person below me complained about my dog barking at night, so aparently be careful about that.

And while on the subject of pets, its a $300 deposit plus $10 a month extra. I think thats a bit steep, but I don't have a comparason.

My lease is up in August and i plan to renew my lease for a little bit longer uuntil my house is built. So overall no major complaints.

OH. one last thing! The TRASH comments everyone has mentioned is VERY TRUE. Trash is often overflowing on a Monday and all the trash is stacked beside it. One time there was two big dumpsters and BOTH were overflowing with trash everywhere. I don't understand why it wasn't taken care of, but it is a major eye-sore, especially since its located at the enterance of the apartments! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
