I PAY MY RENT ON TIME DO EVERY THING A GOOD LEASER DOES AND THEY STILL SUCKED. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY. TRASH EVERYWHERE. ROTTEN WOOD ON THE BUILDINGS. WELCOME TO THE HVILLE PROJECTS. GOOD LUCK. I STILL LIVE HERE BUT ONLY BC I'M SIGNED INTO A YEAR LEASE. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. THE ONLY GOOD THING IF I HAD TO PICK SOMETHING IS THAT THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING EVEN FOR VISITORS. OFFICE STAFF IS AWFUL. I DONT KNOW THIS DAWN THAT EVERYONE ELSE IS TALKING ABOUT, BUT ACROSS THE BOARD THEY WERE ALL BAD, UNHELPFUL, OVERALL RUDE, WORTHLESS ETC...
