I am a single mother of three. When we moved in things were OK, then Curtis in the office took over that is when it went to hell. The playground is a joke, the pools dirty and dont get me started on Steve Mr. security that doesnt care. I have family and friends that are still stuck in that Hell and I worry about them. My car was stolen and they didnt care, broke my foot on there side walk they never cared or even paid the 2000.00 it cost to fix it. My fathers place was broke into while we were out of town on weekend and if Steve had been doing his walk threws or any of the employees had they would of seen my Dads door open and that it had been kicked in. My Father is a ret. Police Chief and he isnt even safe there. You couldnt pay me to live there again. The way it is now looks like it should be section 8. If you move there may God be with you because you will need his help.

I live at Colonial Village and I know this person. She was kicked out for not paying her rent. Please do not listen to her comments. She is still lving her with her father even though she claims not to like this place. As far as I am concerned the apartment complex should not have to pay for someones' clumseyness from falling on the curb. Come see it for yourself!!!!!! I love it here.
