Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
I lived here for a few yrs and HATED it. This place is NOISY and the place is dumpy and people leave stuff out on their balconies everywhere. Peoples window blinds are broken. This place has a bunch of hoodlums living here and if you rent a place close to the entrance YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT IT BEING NICE AND QUITE ... LOUD AS HELL especially the cars and trucks that come in and out and the maintence & landscaping crew starting at 7am when you want to sleep in. Children are often yell off balconies and running around screaming. I have seen several cars windows smashed out and the police OFTEN come by this place especially on weekends to investigate a disturbance.
This place is now called Colonial Village ... I call it Colonial HOOD.
Termites have eaten this place apart. This place is nothing but a stopped up toilet.
