I lived here for over 2 years. When I moved in, I love the place. I had a two bedroom, two bath on the third floor. I loved the fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and large floorplan. Its not the most luxurious place, but it was nice and a great value! However, it seems the renters are not as nice as they used to be. When I moved in, there seemed to be nice people living here, but I moved out after it seemed that the thugs, students, etc. moved in. They were always loitering in the parking lot, being loud by the pool (at all hours of the night), loud parties, etc. My neighbor's jeep was even stolen and then found. The police said it was stolen for something to do with drugs and then dumped. That's the kind of residents this place seems to have. My girlfriend never felt like she was in danger when coming to visit, but told me on several occassions that she felt like she needed to be extra conscious of her surroundings.

If you're looking for a decent place to live, this is it. If you're wanting a great place to live, look elsewhere.
