The apartments for the most part are clean however the materials used are bottom line cheap. They usually put in new carpet if needed but it is very cheap carpet that is impossible to get any stain out of, old appliances, outdated light fixtures, old metal sliding doors to the coat closet and utility closet. Very drafty place with ridiculous electric bills because of the old windows and doors, the stairs are always broken. Don't let them con you into a building near the entrance of the property because the noise if horrible. The traffic never stops and I think every red neck in H'Ville lives here due to the loud mufflers, 4 wheelers etc and we had some snow a week or so ago and someone was actually doing donuts by the dumpsters cutting through the grass - hello REDNECK! Parking can be difficult if you get home to late and there is usually a few extremely muddy trucks in the parking lot leaving mud clumps everywhere making parking even more difficult. The playground that they say they have consist of a fenced off small space with a toddler slide - that's it - they should not even be aloud to call it a playground. Fitness center has free weights, 1 treadmill, 1 excersice bike (that was broken, not sure if they ever fixed it) and a eliptical - very sad excuse for a fitness center. Needless to say we will not be renewing our lease when the time comes.
