I've lived here for a while for lack of options and lack of money. The rent is low for my 1 bedroom apt, but you get what you pay for. the walls are thin. I hear my neighbors conversations through the walls when things get quiet in my place. when they smoke the smell comes through the walls into my bathroom. I've had a strange black powder blow from my kitchen vent onto the top of the refrigerator. I had a problem with mice when I moved in. After catching 3 with a glue pad I haven't seen them again, but they're still around because I hear them in the ceiling running around. My current neighbors are drug users and i've seen drug deals go down right in front of my apartment. After management became aware of the drug deals i've seen they deny any illegal activity in the complex. I wouldn't recommend the complex for families with children. Management doesn't maintain the buildings very well. They are usually a hassle to deal with. Repairing or replacing an appliance can take up to 2 days. The windows and doors are old and very drafty. the tennis court is also used as a basketball court but the basketball goal has been broken as long as i've been there and there has never been a tennis net and the concrete is broken and uneven. This place could be worse though, the roof does keep the rain out most of the time.
