Carrington Place Apartments are like a Monet... Nice from far away, but all a mess up close. I have been renting for a while now. The neighbors are nice and the area is quiet. However, for me the management is less than desireable. The Landlord business is a business... yet you are dealing with where a person calls home. Things get fixed, but not to a high standard. One must stay on an issue to make sure it even gets past the sticky note on the desk. This is more or less a good transition place, but I wouldn't suggest staying for more than a year or two.
