The property changes managers quite often, and with each new set of managers come a new set of rules and regulations that were not in your original lease agreement. The managers try to impose these new rules without following the proper procedures for notifying tenants of the new rules. They also only enforce the rules against those that they want to enforce them against. The units are supposedly remodeled, but the workmanship is of poor quality, and they do not take responsibilty for it even though they are the ones hiring and employing the remodel workers. It takes forever for basic maintenace requests to be resolved, and if you dare complain to the managers you are insulted by them, and then they will not allow you to renew your lease when it is up. They charge as much as it costs to rent a regular home so take your money and get a real house. Do not move here.
