I lived in Carrington Place for over a year. The managment is horrible. They change managers about every 3 weeks and along with the new manager comes a new set of rules. One time they tried to tell us that our kids could not ride thier bikes. They were slow to fix things on the management end but the actual maintenece staff was great. The rent was raised without a moments notice and the complex is not worth the money. Plus if you don't like spiders do not move in. I killed at least one spider a day and no matter how many times they sprayed there were always spiders everywhere. For the money you can get a lot better. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
