I have lived here for almost a year now, and it SUCKS....I mean SUCKS!!! The maintance man "G" is very friendly, but the staff could care less about the tenants - - I have no idea what they do up there in the office, but it isn?t work. Don?t bother asking a request for anything - even a simple task like repairing the outside lightbulbs in the walkways takes months to fulfill. Low life tenants throw trash EVERYWHERE - and it NEVER gets picked up which means if you happen to be a "normal" person who takes pride in your apartment and surroundings.....be prepared to walk past beer bottles, cigarette cartons, and fast food bags that people are too lazy to throw away when they are done with! It?s terrible here. I give the place credit for giving us a new paint job, and they do try to keep the grass cut and pretty, but they need to focus more on the people who pay them an arm and a leg every month! And to the person who posted saying they have only lived here a few weeks.....DUH.....every place seems nice when you are new to it! Stick around - your views will change. I recommend "Williamsburg Apts." over Hickory Run ANYDAY!!!!!
