You prove your lack of common sense by your comment of "how could one be better than the other if both Williamsburg and Hickory Run are owned by the same company." Being owned by the same company doesn't mean that the same "funds" are being spent on both properties nor does it mean that the same people are working both places. I lived at Williamsburg for almost 2 years before I moved out of town. When I moved back into town Hickory Run had a better deal so I moved here....BIG MISTAKE! Williamsburg was MUCH BETTER!! I don't care if the Pope owned both properties - - Hickory Run is lacking in A LOT of areas, and Williamsburg isn't! There are wild, screaming people outside at all hours of the night, simple requests like changing a lightbulb in a walkway is NEVER fulfilled ( believe me, I have asked for a year now), and the people in the office ALWAYS get the bills and paperwork messed up every month. Just take my word anyone who is thinking of living here - - looks nice on the outside, but looks aren't everything. Go on down about a mile to the "sister property" called Williamsburg Apts. You'll be much better off!
