i agree with the claims for the water bill situations, the garbage overflowing, and poor management. i had neighbors who made false complaints about noise and reported it to the management. they did nothing to address the issue even though i had documented proof that the complaints were false. since i have law education and experience, i am taking this to a higher power who will indeed rectify the situations.
