If you like bugs, trash, drug addicts for neighbors and managment that is worthless then this place is for you!

There are bugs that will not go away.

Questions go un answered.

Maintance is incompetant when it comes to doing most request.

Trash is overwhelming 3/4 of the time.

Managment does not have any control over what happens on their own property.
