All in all, good place to live

Have had some problems with loud and partying neighbors. Staff says they will fix something and never do it, however, some times they are very quick to fix things. It's a guessing game. Grounds are kept neat and groomed. Parking lot needs to be repaved, lots of pot holes. All in all, pretty quiet and safe.
