The best thing about Hickory Run is the location. It's down hill from there! The worst thing about Hickory Run is the management staff. I don't believe that I have ever encountered people any ruder than these. On top of being very rude and uncaring, they do not do their business very well, it is a constant worry that they are going to lose your rent money! The water bills are outrageous. The noise is terrible. There is trash all around the grounds. The apartment is nice, but things that needed to be done when moving in still have not been done in one and half years! Since living here, one building has burned down and one dead man has been found in the parking lot. I do not recommend Hickory Run.
