I have lived here for about 2 years and I have not had any real big issues with this place. I live in the back of the neighborhood and it is peaceful except for the occasional tenant that doesn't understand that the walls are not made of concrete :) I do not like the pet policy because it basically assumes that my cats are going to totally tear up the apt. Unfortunatly Pamela is no longer here. We had an issue with our air conditioner a few times, but the emergency maint. came and took care of it within that day. I would recommend it, except I do think the rent is a bit high for the amount of space you get.
