Wow! I have read some reviews but they have changed to having new faces in the office. New office staff is just what we needed and I am excited! Things are going so great! Maintanence are on top of things and the new asst. manager is all about smiling. You will truly feel at home here. I have been here for two years and will be renewing!
For the water bills, mine averages around $30,including the trash. Maybe you should check your toilets for all the one's who have high water bills. They are nice in the office, I am sure they can help you with that.
You have to see the girls in the office before you move on to the next community.
