My fiance and I have lived here for 2 years. Our lease is up in November and we couldn't be more happy! ----- the head manager is the rudest person in the world. I do not understand why she is dealing with people b/c it is clear that she hates everyone. When we first moved in they told us that the insulation was great,that we wouldn't be able to hear anything. Well guess what they lied. You can everything from music to the people below you singing in the shower! They don't want to fix anything here, we had them come out b/c for the 2nd time our sink in the kitchen busted and has mildew under it and they wouldn't replace the board under the sink, they just put a board over it.The kitchen and bathroom floor has cracks b/c they never painted,put new carpet,or fixed anything before we moved in and they won't fix it now! We were promised alot of things that never happend. We pay an OUTRAGIOUS amount for water and sewer and trash pickup. The pool is nasty and they don't make sure that the people swimming is from these apartments so everyone and their mothers come to swim here,oh and the hot tub that attracted us here NEVER WORKS!! Last year it worked for a week and broke and they will not fix it. And when it does work it is as warm as bath water (to me a hot tub is supposed to be hot) and they let children get in there and eat. Its disgusting here!! NEVER MOVE HERE...THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH IT!! The only good thing about these apartments is Kim, she is the assistant manager and very sweet.She is willing to help you with anything,but the other people here no way..did I mention that the maintance has come in without us home and for no reason and we had stuff STOLEN!!

i haven't had any mice but spiders OH YEA!!! and they don't care. since we have lived here in almost 3 years not ONCE have they sprayed...and i got bit by some bug here and broke out in this awful rash and had massive infection set up. these apartments are not worth it.

I 100% completely agree!!! DO NOT rent here unless you want to pay outragus water bills and rent. The property manager does not care. Also this complex has a HUGE problem with spiders and mice!!!!

Totally agree- can't wait to get out of this place. The security here is getting questionable, there was a robbery here around May 16 and mgmt has really downplayed it-waited until June 17 to send out a notice and said it happened on June 16. ----- is the rudest person, nastiest person in the world - wonder who she is snowing. RUN- there are alot better places to rent. I do know that the old manager that people complained about is -----'s manager!!!

I do not agree. If you didn't call it in, how do they know to spray for spiders. Duhhhhh! Evertime I call they are nice, because I am nice to them. That is all it takes in this world to get something done. Be nice!

Dear Anonymous, I am a very nice and patient person that is slow to anger and dislikes confrontation. However, after a year of living here I have noticed that my personality has actually chanaged. I have become very defensive and don't feel comfortable going outside unless it is early in the morning or dark because I receive harrassment from the maintenance guy. My teenage daughter came home to find the maintenance guy in my bedroom closet for no reason and this terrified her. I tried to explain this to ----- and was told that if he was in my apartment then he had a valid reason. That it was in my lease that maintenance could come in at any time. I agree 100% with everything said in the postings. I wish I had read these prior to moving in and I am glad that you have had a pleasant experience and I hope that it continues. Becareful if you come home early you may find an unexpected vistor in your room.
