The management sucks... Kathy is so rude. The maintenance men suck. I don't know how many times they came to fix my dishwasher and it still never worked. Or how I would get leaks through the ceiling from the apartment above us and the maintenance people always wanted me to go up stairs to help to turn off the water - they would tell me they are to far away to get hear and they would come out on Monday. That's also a totally bad idea... they steal from you. Oh yea and the water bills are way to high.
The parking around my building sucked... never could get a parking spot. And um there were always spiders or bugs around the apartments and guess what... they don't spray. Once I saw a snake on our outside stairway, I went to the office to tell them b/c I have a little boy and there were several children in my building, and all Kathy could tell me I guess they came from the field she said they couldn't do anything about it and I even asked if they could come remove the one I saw and she said no I don't think it's a problem.
