I just recently moved in. I loved it when i first moved in, but then people I knew were being harrased by the people at the front desk and maintance. They were going into their apartment without notifying them first. They left grease stains on their carpet and everything. Then about 2 weeks later, I noticed they had came into my apartment, because i have 2 deadbolts on my door. I always lock both of them turned a certain way. When I had came home after work, my top lock wasnt locked. So the next day i had went to the main office and confronted them. They said that they have left a note on my door stating they were going to come in and do some standard procedures. They didnt leave no note on anyones door in my building!!!! So i think they went into MY APARTMENT and snooped around my stuff and im pretty sure no one likes for their privacy to be invaded. So my advice, dont move there. Id move but its too much to break the lease and I think they charge $1000 because they know the stuff they do so they charge an amount that no one can afford!!!!
