I wish I new what I was getting my self into. With in the first week saw people in the pool doing what should not be done in public and was woken up by neighbors who likes to play music from the wee morning hours till the next day. Its a great place to live if you don't mind "older residents" getting the upper hand, so many times I have been told "that resident has lived here x amount of years and we've never had a problem with x." The ground staff are terribly rude and think they know everything, except for one of the younger guys he doens't deserve that title. The management office thinks they know everything and have the right to enforce rules on some but not others. Also watch out for the brown reculses - I've had the exterminator called out a few times now. And to top it off cops are constantly in and out management says its a good thing but to me when you see people getting arrested not so muuch. Yeah breaking the lease is a pain at 1k but in my eyes its worth and I'm doing it.
