i currently live in hickory run apartments and can NOT wait to get out. unfortunately, we had to sign a 14 month lease. the noise is absolutely ridiculous. we can hear the neighbors washing machine, walking, and not to mention their dogs! there must not be any insulation in the buildings. we can hear everything. also, it seems that there is constant noisy maintenance being done. i was awakened this morning to someone on my roof. the banging was so loud, i feared that my building was being attacked. there isn't enough parking, our electric bill is high, water bill is high, also. i don't feel a sense of privacy here at all. try harbors of main apartments or monthaven, but please, don't waste your money here!
