i lived on the old side in a one bedroom i thought it was very affordable for a one bedroom with that much space. the only problem i had was the water heater leaked and the upstairs one leaked too. and not really a lot of parking spaces. And there is a lot of drugs and shootings through there though but they do there best to keep it calm but that is really any where u go .
