I live in the newer apts Lake D'Ville North. I can not wait for my lease to be up!!! I have put up with brown recluse spiders, drug head neighbors, and a neighbor that beats on my floor everytime i breathe! I have complained to personnel several times and had to call the courtesy officer even-they do nothing!! The only good thing i have to say is that they do fix things pretty quickly-thank god. But overall-not worth the price and gray hairs you will get by moving here. Trust me-i think i have developed high blood pressure living here. Avoid at all costs-i wish i would have.

Well they hit it right on the nailhead. Rude management!!!!!!!!!!!! Fleas and spiders and they say they spray ,but they are still there.

This is no lie, Spiders all the time, if u have lil kids be careful may get a spider bite. Noisy, Noisy ... Squeaky floors.

i live in apartment old side and we have spiders all the time and the management is soooo rude to us cause we have my little brother over here all the time and he drives its soooo stupid. when we have the money saved up to move we are making it to where they kick us out cause me and my roommates hate it here its the worst place to live in hendersonville. an old lady got caught and got sent to jail the other day. cops are here if not every day every other day its stupid. im ready to get the hell out of here and be done with lake d'ville (aka lake d'----)
