Pricey, the old part was really run down

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The apartment was pretty expensive for what it was. Small. Waterheater leaked all over the floor and managment expected us to stay there, hovever did agree after some protest to put us up in a hotel for the night. reasonable parking. There was a shooting there while I lived there, but they evicted the people who were involved (it was probably their fault).
