I have lived in and managed several apartment complexes over the years. This is my second stay at these atartments and all I can say to those who have written bad reviews is, try finding something that's is as reasonable that is better. Yes, I agree that there are spiders (although I haven't seen any brown recluse...knock on wood)but spiders are a hard pest to get rid of...ask any exterminator. there are carpenter bees on the older side, but they have a wood exterior (duh). I currently live on the older side in a 1 bedroom and it has plenty of room. The office staff are great and so is maintenance. There are several kids in the complex but I have never had a minutes trouble from any of them. They are pretty quiet and polite for teenagers. As far as drugs and shooings, I just don't see that here. maybe I'm just not looking, but as a single female who has managed low income housing I try to watch for things like that. I'm sure there is some of it, but let's face it this isn't Belle Meade and you'll find drugs there even. Overall I reccommend these apartment to anyone who is on a budget.
