I didn't think it was that bad'

Any time you live in an apartment complex, you're going to encounter broken things, loud neighbors, bugs, etc. Especially since the apartments are old. You're not paying top dollar, you're pretty much getting what you pay for, plus your water is included which is nice. I lived on the older side and while I was there, I encountered leaks, brown recluses, etc. But if I went the office about it, they seemed genuinely concerned and sent maintenance to fix whatever I needed that day or a day later. I don't know who's saying the office is rude, they seemed fine to me. I left after my 1 year lease, but that's only because I wanted a better place, but it's more expensive. Lake D'ville is not a bad place to live. IT'LL BE OK. SERIOUSLY.
