This place is a real dump. The management changes all the time. I have lived here for almost 3 years and I plan to move when my lease is up. When I first moved in here, it was nice here...The staff was great... the grounds were kept up... the apartments themself were spacious. That is why I wanted to live here. Plus the lake was very pretty. But in the past 6 months, this place has went down the drain. They had a manager that was there for a long time named Stacey.. she was great, and she had an assistant Amanda. Then they both left and since then we have had 4 new people. I have to say that maintenance is pretty good. Although they enter apartments without notice and don't leave you a note. But the place itself is becoming real grose.The people that live here look like they are straight from the projects, The grounds now look awful... and the dock is about to float off in the water. there are brown recluses, mold, roaches, etc. If you are looking for a good place to live......this is not the place for you. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
