Moved out almost 1 year ago and still no deposit returned. Management is very unprofessional and you will need to watch out for the brown recluse spiders and black mold.

I have lived here for a month and am trying to get out!!! Lots of parties! Staff no help at all!!!

YOu know when you live on the lake you will have spiders. Tennessee is bad for those spiders. Why bad mouth the complex for what god put on this earth for a reason. Next... parties? well the staff just cant kick someone out for have a parties. Lot of people have parties like Mary Kay parties Pampered chef parties... now have you been to one of them BOY they get loud over that pampered chef stuff. My point is why bad mouth a complex to hurt them. Apartment living is tough so buy a house. Just my opinion.
