I went to Lakeshore today to look around and the apartment was quite small for 750plus sq feet. It was dark, musty and smelled like cigarettes. I knew the property was aged before I arrived, but expected better living conditions in the apartment. NOT worth the $500.00 plus bucks a month I didn't notice any w/d connections either.
