Lived here about 7 months now..I love living here! Everyone is really nice..neighbors, the staff, maintenance..I've enjoyed it so far..It's quiet, there's lots of kids around for my kid to play with, cool little playground, nice pool..everything works in my apartment fine..my toilet has leaked a couple times, but it was fixed by the next day..Other than that I think the apartments are really good! And right on the lake!! Thumbs up to Michelle and Co.!!

Wow, Did you get a free month rent to say all that , or just to dumb to see realty, as for Micheele & Co, what a joke , she is a control freek and physco, put the moves on the resident men , as for the grounds do you see any flowers or have you seen all the cigerate butts and trash around, all the residents are negative about the whole thing, the only thing good here was the lake, the pervious manager made it a wonderful place to live , everything was always looking nice and always taking care of things , and no one had to pay me to say all this . I have seen more drugs and crime here then I ever have in Frico or even New York City, Not a good place to bring your Children to ,So hope you come back and read the truth about LakeShore , And if you were planing to move here RUN,RUN, dont get caught up in the BS of LakeShore and Michelle!

Its a shame that anybody puts up with Michelle and her total stupidity, She has no clue how to be a manager and is pure white trash. No one cares Michell what you do or how you do it I agree with the above you are pathetic and so is Lakeshore aka drug city

Once again I find it amazing how people with negative things to say always post anonymous. I daresay it is because they are fabricating stories due to their own ignorance and can't fess up to reality. I also think, to top it off, perhaps you should pick up a dictionary or use spell check for your spelling and grammar mishaps. If you have not seen flowers in the spring and summer, then you are blind. I do believe, that with the current economy being what it is, and having been short staffed most of the summer the grounds were very well maintained. Last time I looked I even still havve flowers and such in front of my place, as well as many of my neighbors in townhomes here. I will repeat one of my earlier comments to another anonymous post, if you have knowledge of a drug dealing problem anywhere here, it would be because of your own direct use and/or contact with such people. If you did not get your deposits back, perhaps you broke your lease early and/or don't know the definition of the word clean when it comes to move-outs, as it is quite specific. Lastly, Michelle not her staff, have ever in my year here been anything but kind, considerate and helpful. Grow up, get a life and find someone else to harass with your ignorance.
