I have lived here for 4 years and I absolutely love it. The office staff is the best I have ever had to deal with. They are professional and friendly and wonderful to deal with. They go above and beyond my expectations. The maintenance is always quick to respond to my household needs. The grounds are always immaculate. The staff as a whole is wonderful. I would never want to live anywhere else. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, and beautiful place to live I would definitely recommend Monthaven. The other neighbors around me are just great too.
