I liked Monthaven a lot.

I moved into Monthaven because of the way I was treated when I walked in the door. The property looks great also! The model apartments are decorated extremely well and the leasing consultant pointed out things like electrical outlets and the number of telephone jacks that were in the apartment to me. Everyone made a great first impression on me. I never had a problem with any of the maintenance or office staff or any of my neighbors the entire 2 years that I lived at Monthaven.
