This is the first apartment I have ever lived at, so I had no previous experiences to compare it to. But first, when I moved in, small things like lights and sink fixtures started to have problems right away. And I also live right by the tennis courts, and the lights are horrendous when you're trying to sleep! My boyfriend works at night, and we have found the main problem with these apartments to be the noise. Of course you can't require no noise, but all the neighbors kids frequently are running up and down the stairs, laughing, and yelling. Or they will sit on the stairs right outside the door and talk forever. Plus this place is situated right between two heavy volume roads, so traffic can be heard day and night.
This isn't the worst place I could imagine by any means. But I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for anything close to a quiet place to live. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
