Dont DRIVE if you want to live here. Or, carry Mace and know Self Defense! There is not even one assigned parking space per aptment. Get home after 8pm, and you very well could be walking two buildings over to your apt. Hey! Instead of building pricey storage/garages "WE" could use parking spaces! GREED before SAFETY may be in question here'
WATER BILL !! Try nearly $70 a month! And that is for 3 guys. Nuff said.
Overall, better than most. If you like backing up just about every night coming home.
