I just moved to nashville 6 months ago - had a weekend to find an apartment. I looked a few places... and ended up taking the recommendation of friends who lived nearby - to check out Monthaven Park.

I was overly worried about finding a good, safe, clean place with helpful staff. I read these reviews for just about every complex in the surrounding area... not knowing what to think.

But if you are looking - this place is very nice, while still being affordable. It's safe - I've never really been worried about anything and I'm a female living alone. I've never had a problem with any of the staff - then again in 6 months I haven't had any real problems. They've been helpful if I have questions or needed something small.

Parking isn't bad at my building - I can usually park right up front - at worst the row across from the building. I don't think you can find anything better - for the money. The units are nice looking inside and you can even paint the walls. Hendersonville is also a nice community and seems to be growing! I would give it an A
