i have lived at monthaven park now for two years, and up until recently i was hapy and wanted to saty here for as long as i needed to.
lets just say that the water bill here is absolutely ridiculous, i live in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and i work at night needless to say i dont use much water, i recieved a water bill for 181 dollars, now tell me if that isnt ridiculous... the office staff then told me that i had used 11 thousand gallons of water that month, when oh i came ome one day to find the maintenence man pressure washing the breezeway, not to mention, parking is a night mare, i think when you sign your lease they telly ou that you cannot have trailers and such sitting in the parking lot, and usually i dont complain but when this huge trailer is sitting in one of the the front rows thats a little too much, there is plenty of space elsewhere to put that thing or they can just rent a garage.

also about a year ago my bathtub started to peel away, yes the white finishing was peeling away and rusting my tub and i was plesantly surpised when they were out the next day to fix it, but 2 months later it started to peel away again, i called them in february to let them know my tub needed to be fixed, its now august, and it still isnt done.

so beware. monthaven is a great place, but somethings need to be worked out.

You are probably better off without the "help" attempting to patch all of your issues that they messed up initially! Trust me
